Il mese di ottobre lo dedichiamo alla quota rosa. In occasione della giornata internazionale delle giovani ragazze che si \u00e8 tenuta lo scorso marted\u00ec 11 ottobre, volta a ricordare l\u2019importanza dell\u2019uguaglianza di genere e di garantire pari opportunit\u00e0, evidenzieremo alcuni progressi ottenuti dopo tanti anni di lotta e le continue sfide volte ad incentivare e supportare il futuro delle giovani ragazze.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00c8 interessante come il ruolo delle donne nel contesto lavorativo sia radicalmente cambiato. Questo possiamo constatarlo attraverso le testimonianze delle generazioni precedenti sia in persona che cinematografiche che ci raccontano come il ruolo delle donne fosse inizialmente focalizzato nel contesto familiare e non lavorativo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Sono per\u00f2 le stesse raccolte cinematografiche di determinati periodi storici che, in alcuni casi, ci mostrano la donna vogliosa di indipendenza e di lavoro: una quota, seppur inferiore, nella realt\u00e0 degli anni \u201970 e \u201980 che ha contribuito per\u00f2 all\u2019emancipazione femminile.\u00a0<\/p>

Le svolte si contestualizzano infatti, e soprattutto, con la globalizzazione che ha avuto luogo alla fine degli anni \u201990, un periodo di transizione in cui molte donne entravano nel mondo del lavoro e avevano maggiori possibilit\u00e0 di continuare gli studi in ambito universitario.\u00a0<\/p>

\u00c8 da quel periodo che inizia la progressione del ruolo femminile nel lavoro, seppur tutt\u2019ora ancora non completamente valorizzata.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

L\u2019avvento della tecnologia, le maggiori opportunit\u00e0 di studi, lo sviluppo di nuove professioni e il progresso nella cultura hanno contribuito all\u2019indipendenza e al successo delle donne in molti settori lavorativi (anche quelli definiti \u201cmaschili\u201d).\u00a0<\/p>

Risultati ottenuti anche, e soprattutto, grazia alla costanza, ai sacrifici, alla tenacia e alla consapevolezza delle proprie abilit\u00e0 di queste donne che sono riuscite cos\u00ec ad ottenere, oggi, ruoli fondamentali all\u2019interno di aziende internazionali o ad essere fondatrici di societ\u00e0 molto quotate .\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Come esempio possiamo pensare a Melanie Parkins che \u2013 nonostante sia stata rifiutata da pi\u00f9 di 100 investitori \u2013 nel 2012 \u00e8 riuscita a lanciare Canva, uno strumento di design online che permette di creare progetti grafici in modo semplice e intuitivo, usato da pi\u00f9 di 55 milioni di persone in 190 Paesi. Oppure Samantha Cristoforetti, la prima donna italiana ed europea a diventare comandante della Stazione Spaziale Internazionale. Altri esempi sono la CEO italiana di Google Melissa Peretti, Claudia Parzani nominata nel 2017 presidente di Allianz Italia e a fine marzo 2022 la Presidente di Borsa Italiana. Serena Melani, la prima donna italiana comandante di una grande nave oppure Patrizia Casali, una giovane donna di 29 anni, laureata in ingegneria biomedica al Politecnico, che realizz\u00f2 la prima suola adattiva al mondo premiata come una delle migliori innovazioni tra le tecnologie indossabili al mondo.\u00a0<\/p>

Nonostante questi grandi successi, attualmente la strada per l\u2019emancipazione femminile \u00e8 ancora in salita. Lo scorso Aprile 2022 i Ministri per la pari opportunit\u00e0 di lavoro di molti paesi Europei si sono infatti riuniti per definire i percorsi da intraprendere per creare un miglior equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata per le donne, per migliorare la parit\u00e0 di genere e prevenire la discriminazione, assicurandosi che le responsabilit\u00e0 familiari siano condivise. Un passo per raggiungere definitivamente gli obiettivi della\u00a0Strategia per la parit\u00e0 di genere\u00a0<\/b>del Consiglio d\u2019Europa.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Anche Promoest vanta di esempi di donne che sono riuscite ad ottenere risultati nel contesto lavorativo, nonostante le difficolt\u00e0 in ambito sociale. Il gruppo, infatti, \u00e8 capitanato dall\u2019amministratrice delegata Barbara Colonello, una donna che dopo gli studi universitari in lingue a Genova \u00e8 entrata subito a far parte dell\u2019agenzia coniugando vita familiare e lavoro, con sacrifici e soddisfazioni.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Indipendenza che si riflette anche nel suo team, composto per la maggior parte da giovani donne con tanta voglia di imparare, fare ed essere il pi\u00f9 possibile autonome.
