Introduction
On November 13 and 14, 2024, the World Business Forum returned to Milan, at Allianz MiCo – Milano Congressi, for its 21st edition. The event, organized by WOBI, featured prominent international speakers, including Mario Draghi, Simon Sinek, Hila Lifshitz-Assaf and Modupe Akinola. This edition set a record for attendance, with leaders, C-suite executives and senior professionals from various industries coming together to explore innovative leadership strategies and the future of human capital management.
The role of Promoest
Promoest played a key role in organizing the event, providing real-time translation services for guests and coordinating more than 120 staff members to ensure the smooth running of activities.

The World Business Forum 2024 concluded with great success, with record attendance and enthusiastic involvement from the business leaders in attendance. The SCI 2024 Congress was a success in every respect. Promoest was able to coordinate each stage with great professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for the 2,500 participants, the more than 40 Exhibitors and all the organizers. The smooth management of the flow of people, the perfect organization of the more than 700 scientific sessions and 1,000 posters on display, and the extremely positive feedback received from the participants demonstrate the importance of an integrated and well-structured approach.
Through our commitment to sustainability, we were able to significantly reduce the environmental impact of the event, demonstrating that it is possible to reconcile organizational efficiency with respect for the environment.
