Every year, alternating between Italy and Japan, the IJBG holds its General Assembly, which is attended by Italian and Japanese Members, but is also open to all companies interested in relations between the two countries and to journalists.

Services
For the XXXII General Assembly of the Italy-Japan Business Group which was held from November 30 to December 1, 2022 in Venice, Italy, at the Venice International University (VIU) institute, we were in charge of the graphic coordination, the set-ups at the relevant locations for the forum, including the dinner at the Venice Ca’ Vendramin Calergi Casino, the coordination of the suppliers involved and the reception with our own hostess service, as well as supporting the organization at the level of logistical secretariat.
