The project
ERG Season’s Greetings is the year-end event organized by Promoest for the Genoa-based company ERG to celebrate achievements and share a common look toward future challenges, involving about 300 guests including management and employees.
The event was held Dec. 17 at 7 p.m. in Genoa, Italy, at Phase Motion Control‘s headquarters, a striking industrial location located near the airport.
The activities carried out
During the production space day, the location was transformed for the occasion into a true event hub, thanks to its large windows overlooking the harbor and a layout capable of enhancing its industrial soul. The event concept revolved around celebrating the end of the year together with management and employees, as a time of sharing, toasting achievements and visioning the future.
The company’s distinctive colors, blue and green, were chosen for the lighting design, recalling the themes of light and energy, ERG’s founding values. The spaces were divided into different areas: the accreditation and checkroom area, managed by hostess and steward staff; a lounge area with white leather furniture and light elements; and the main area with a stage and ledwall suspended from the overhead crane, decorated with Christmas trees decorated in the colors of the event.
The lineup of the event
The evening was punctuated by management’s greetings and award moments, including recognizing the children of some employees for excellent scholastic achievements, a testament to the company’s focus on people and their families.
This was followed by a congratulatory toast, a buffet dinner with Ligurian specialties, including cheese focaccia, and a conclusion with DJ set, karaoke and open bar in an informal and engaging atmosphere.
