The project
On Dec. 18, Promoest oversaw the organization of DentalPro’s Christmas Dinner, an exclusive event designed to celebrate the past year and strengthen the company’s sense of belonging.
The evening was held at Maison Milano, a location chosen for its elegance and versatility, and welcomed 150 guests. The creative concept of the event, “The Greatest Smile Show,” took inspiration from the world of Christmas Circus, reinterpreted in a sophisticated key consistent with DentalPro brand values.

Promoest managed the complete organization of the event, following each phase of the project with an integrated approach.
Creative concept and location
We developed the concept “The Greatest Smile Show” by declining it in all elements of the event, from choosing the location to defining the atmosphere, to provide guests with an immersive and engaging experience.
Lineup, performances and direction
The evening’s program was built like a real show, with a set list studied in detail. Promoest oversaw the direction of the event and the selection of shows, ensuring a dynamic pace and a coherent narrative from start to finish.
Engagement and gadgets
Dedicated engagement elements and customized gadgets were conceived and implemented, designed to reinforce the event concept and create a tangible memory of the evening.
Operations Management
The Promoest team coordinated all onsite operational activities, ensuring smooth management of the event and a flawless guest and client experience.
Objectives and results
The main goal of the DentalPro Christmas Dinner was to celebrate the company’s achievements, value people, and create a time of sharing in an informal but highly curated setting.
An employee awards ceremony, designed to recognize commitment and achievements throughout the year, was also held during the evening.
The event concluded with a DJ set, turning the dinner into a time for entertainment and networking.
