The project
In July 2025, Promoest joined Infor in organizing the Italian edition of its annual event, Infor Velocity Day, a strategic event dedicated to Infor Italia’s top clients.
The event was held in the prestigious setting of the Castello Visconteo in Cassano d’Adda, a location chosen to enhance brand positioning and offer a high-profile experience for participants. The day was conceived as a time for updates on the company’s evolution, education on key industry trends and direct discussions with experts and key stakeholders.
The program featured keynote speakers capable of bringing authoritative and concrete content, reinforcing Infor’s role as a benchmark in its market.
The activities carried out
Promoest supported Infor in all the major planning and implementation phases of the event, offering an integrated and coordinated service.
Content development and direction of the event
We collaborated in defining the structure of the day, helping to organize the content, scanning the speaking moments and managing the overall direction, with the aim of ensuring fluidity, coherence and audience engagement.
Branding and visual identity
The event was fully customized according to Infor brand guidelines. From visual communication to set-up elements, every detail was designed to reinforce the corporate identity and create a recognizable experience aligned with the client’s values.
