An event dedicated to the future of business
On May 13, 2026, the Magna Pars Hotel à Parfum in Milan hosted IFS Connect Italy 2026, an event dedicated to innovation, digital transformation, and the new challenges facing the industrial world.
The event brought together 100 participants, including customers, partners, professionals, and institutional representatives, offering a day of discussion on technology, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and competitiveness.
The event featured a series of notable presentations and testimonials, moderated by Mario Moroni and featuring Riccardo Pittis, Bruna De Palo, and representatives from IFS, Stellantis, AIMAN, and the European Commission.
Content, Comparison, and Relationships
The program featured a mix of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and testimonials, fostering an ongoing dialogue between business experiences, strategic visions, and future prospects.
The spaces were designed to encourage not only listening but also direct interaction among participants, speakers, and sponsors, featuring an immersive plenary session, an exhibition area dedicated to partners, and a private VIP room.
Networking was one of the central elements of the day, complemented by a welcome coffee, coffee breaks, a buffet lunch, an ice cream corner, and a closing Italian-style aperitif
IFS Connect Italy has been enhanced with activities designed to make the experience more interactive and memorable.
The custom Formula 1 simulator, featuring IFS branding and dedicated technical support, engaged guests in a dynamic, high-impact challenge. The AI-powered photo booth, meanwhile, allowed participants to create personalized images with virtual backgrounds and AI-generated outfits.
These activities transformed the event into a true brand experience, successfully combining content, entertainment, and active participation.
Engaging experiences
A complete production by Promoest
Promoest oversaw the project at every stage, from venue management to the technical and scenic design of the spaces.
The team coordinated the large LED wall in the plenary hall, the audio and lighting systems, the LED totems, the sponsor areas, the VIP room, the floral arrangements, the graphic design, and the branding for the entire venue.
We also managed catering, the ice cream corner, the closing reception, staff, the coat check, crowd flow, video production, and operational coordination during the setup days and the event itself.
The result was a comprehensive and engaging event, in which technology, content, and networking came together to form a single, cohesive, and recognizable experience.
