The project
During the2026 Open House, held on April 11 at the Varese and Como campuses, Promoest partnered with the University of Insubria to set up and manage the logistics for the spaces dedicated to welcoming and advising students.
The event, promoted under the slogan “Something’s happening here, ” welcomed 3,000 students and their families, setting a new attendance record.
The goal was to create a clear, coordinated, and immediately recognizable route that would guide visitors through the various university campuses and make the experience simple, orderly, and welcoming.
The activities carried out
Setup and Hospitality
Customized service desks and registration stations have been set up at the various university campuses, creating functional and easily recognizable reception areas.
Signage and Routes
Totems, banners, signs, and floor graphics guided participants through entrances, classrooms, labs, and areas dedicated to orientation activities.
Logistics and Coordination
Promoest managed transportation, operational staff, and setup and takedown, coordinating a project spread across multiple campuses between Como and Varese.
Gadgets and promotional materials
For the event , 1,000 T-shirts, 3,000 cotton bags, and 3,000 notebooks made from recycled paper were produced for the welcome kits and to promote the initiative.
The goal was to ensure smooth operations and consistent visual communication across all locations, making it easier for visitors to navigate the space and allowing reception and information desks to be immediately identifiable.
The result was a well-coordinated, practical, and distinctive event capable of welcoming 3,000 participants and guiding them through the numerous activities on the program, including information desks, presentations, lab tours, and opportunities for discussion.
The University expressed its full satisfaction with the work carried out, acknowledging Promoest’s adherence to deadlines, attention to organizational needs, and the quality of its collaboration.
