The project
At KEY – The Energy Transition Expo 2026, Promoest partnered with STAER to design and fully build its booth at the Rimini Exhibition Center.
The goal was to strengthen the brand’s identity through an exhibition space that was recognizable, functional, and consistent with the company’s values: technical expertise, innovation, and vision.
The activities carried out
Concept and design
A space of approximately 32 m², designed to welcome visitors, showcase STAER solutions, and foster business meetings and relationships.
Production and Staging
We coordinated the structures, flooring, furnishings, lighting, graphics, technology, transportation, and setup and takedown.
Visual Communication
The brand’s colors and graphic elements were incorporated throughout the booth, along witha suspended sign designed to ensure high visibility within the pavilion.
Spaces for Connection
The booth included areas dedicated to welcoming guests, product presentations, and meetings, as well as a more private area for business meetings.
Objectives and results
The goal of the project was to strengthen STAER’s presence at a strategic event such as KEY – The Energy Transition Expo, through a booth designed to immediately convey the company’s identity, technical expertise, and innovative vision.
The result was a dynamic, welcoming, and instantly recognizable space, designed not only to showcase the brand but also to foster dialogue with visitors, customers, and partners.
The functional layout of the areas, the prominent use of visual communication, and the integration of exhibits, technology, and social spaces all helped transform the booth into a true hub for meetings and networking.
The client expressed great satisfaction with the final result and with Promoest’s comprehensive management of the project, from the design phase through to the construction and delivery of the booth.
